1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Nazrah Financial ("Nazrah", "we", "us"), operated by Nazrah Investment Consultancy. By accessing or using the Services you confirm that you accept these Terms and have read our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services you must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract, and not located in a jurisdiction where our Services are restricted (including jurisdictions subject to comprehensive UN, EU, UK, or US sanctions).
3. Our Services
Nazrah provides:
- Trading software — the NAZRAH product ecosystem (macro research, trade journaling, MT5 portfolio analytics, risk control, and managed automation);
- Educational content through Nazrah University (online courses, live sessions, community access);
- Infrastructure services for businesses launching their own brokerages (licensing support, technology, liquidity) and related advisory work.
4. Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for unlawful activity.
5. Fees & Payments
Membership and service fees are clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. Fees are charged in USD unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees renew automatically until cancelled.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time University memberships. Refunds are at our discretion outside that window.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software;
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission;
- Share account credentials or resell access without written consent;
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Misrepresent your identity, jurisdiction, or financial information;
- Engage in market manipulation, fraud, or money laundering.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and educational materials provided through the Services are owned by Nazrah or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
Software, analytics, and educational content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute personalized investment advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any figures communicated to you are targets, not guarantees.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Trading and investing involve risk, including risk of loss of capital. See our Risk Disclosure for full details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nazrah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nazrah, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of applicable law.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@nazrahfinancial.com. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to meet KYC/AML requirements.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), specifically those applicable in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) where applicable, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Dubai and proceedings in English.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
